Shipping options include USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days), and Priority Mail (1-3 business days).
Standard orders are processed within three business days. Orders with priority shipping will be treated as rush orders and shipped the next business day, with the exception of summer candle orders if they are placed close to the weekend.
During the hotter summer months, candle orders will be shipped on the closest Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to protect them from melting in transit.
All shipments include insurance and tracking, which will be emailed to you at the time we process your order.
If you did not receive a tracking email it is either because:
-I have not yet processed your order.
-the email may be in your spam folder.
-the email filled in at checkout is incorrect.
If you are concerned about the delivery of your order, please check the tracking information that was emailed to you and confirm that the mailing address submitted is correct. If you cannot find your tracking email please check your spam folder.
If your tracking says "delivered" but you can't find your package, please wait an extra day. Occasionally mail carriers will scan the package but deliver the next day. Sometimes there is also a mis-delivery or accidental pickup by another tenant which may resolve itself within a few days.
In the case of a stolen or lost package, please contact me about insurance claims and refunds.
If for any reason a package is returned to me, I will email you to arrange a re-ship.
In the event that there is a mistake on your order such as a wrong address or the wrong size/variation was ordered, you can contact me to make updates within 24 hours for priority/rush orders and 48 hours for standard orders.
To cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours for priority/rush orders and 48 hours for standard orders.
It is important to me that you are satisfied with your order. If there is an issue with your order please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will provide either a replacement or refund. A refund or replacement will be provided once I receive confirmation that the package is on it's way back to me.
